1.1. Please read this Agreement carefully before using this website: www.wheelspinitcompetitions.co.uk (‘Promoter’) whose registered office is at 9 London Road, Southampton, Hampshire, United Kingdom SO15 2AE (‘our’, ‘we’ or ‘us’) Company number: 11815777.
1.2. The Promoter operates a competitions based website (‘our site’) that runs a variety of competitions which upon winning, awards prizes in accordance with these terms and conditions. By entering into the competitions on our site, entrants are legally bound by these terms and conditions which apply irrespective of whether our site is accessed via smart phone, desktop browser, tablet, or any other device.
1.3. If you (‘user’, ‘entrant’) do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use our website.
2. Conditions of access to the Services
2.1. Please note that the services of our website are available only to individuals that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. YOU MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 AND A RESIDENT OF GREAT BRITAIN IN ORDER TO REGISTER AND USE THE SERVICES, IF YOU ARE NOT THEN YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER. Should you nonetheless do so then we as the Promoters, reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time. If you do not qualify, please note that you are not permitted to use our website or services.
2.2. The Promoter reserves the right to close an account or refuse entry of a competition at their own discretion.
2.3. YOU ARE REMINDED THAT IT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES FOR YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY FORM OF COMPETITIONS ON OUR WEBSITE IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE.
2.4. By accessing the services, unless otherwise specified, the services are provided solely for your private, personal and non-commercial use. Once the prize has been awarded and handed over, it becomes the sole responsibility of the winner. We cannot warranty any prizes once they have been handed over to the winner.
2.5. We may terminate or suspend your use of our services at any time if you are found in breach of any of these terms. If you are notified of termination of your rights of use, you must immediately stop use of the services.
2.6. We reserve the right to make changes or corrections, alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the services, including your access to it. Unless explicitly stated to the contrary any new features will be subject to these terms and conditions.
3. Information you provide

3.2. All entrants of the competitions provided on our website must submit the required details as requested by the Promoter in order to claim their prize.
3.3. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of registering will be materially accurate and correct. The Promoter will be in no way liable for the inability to make contact with the entrant in the event of any errors or inaccuracies in the contact details provided by entrants. We reserve the right to obtain validation of any information that you provide using the services before providing you with any prizes.
3.4. You authorize us to use, store or otherwise process any personal information which relates to and/or identifies you, including, but not limited to, your name and address, to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the services which are available by us, our partners, successors (including the purchaser of the whole or part of our business), associates, sub-contractors or other third parties (together our ‘Partner Companies’). You are solely responsible in all respects for all use of and for protecting the confidentiality of any username, e-mail verification and password that may be given to you or selected by you for access to the services. You may not share these with or transfer them to any third parties. You must notify the Promoter immediately of any unauthorised use of them or any other breach of security regarding our website that comes to your attention.
5. Competition - HOW TO PLAY!
5.1. The competition operated by the Promoter may be entered through our site via smart phone, desktop, browser, tablet, or any other device.
5.2. By entering any competition on our website, all entrants are aware that their entrance and payment does not equate nor guarantee in any way that they will be in receipt of the prize.
5.3. The accessibility, availability and pricing of any competition on our website is at the discretion of the Promoter and will be specified at the point of advertising either through our website or on any social media platform.
5.4. The Promoter and/or any direct family members related to the Promoter, cannot, under any circumstances, enter or participate in any competitions provided by or provided in partnership with, Wheel Spin It competitions.
5.5. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any entrant at their own discretion upon entrance of any competitions on our site.
5.6. WHEN ENTERING ANY OF OUR COMPETITIONS, YOU MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED VIA THE WEBSITE. IT IS THE USERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THEY CHECK THROUGH THEIR DETAILS AND PROVIDE THEM CORRECTLY.
5.7. To win you will need to choose the correct answer from the multiple-choice questions.Upon purchasing the entry ticket, users are required to select the answer and upon making payment, will be allocated their chosen ticket in the form of letters, numbers or a lucky dip. In the event the entrant’s answer is incorrect, the allocated ticket will be forfeited thus will be re-available for purchase on our website. An email will be sent for the purchase alongside the confirmation of the result (correct/incorrect) to the question that the user has selected. If correctly answered, the user is sent a further email confirming the ticket purchase.
5.8. The competition will have 2 random ball stirring machines, machine 1 is Named: Alphabet, machine 2 is named: Number. The first drawn will be machine 1 (Alphabet) which will draw a letter from the alphabet, followed by machine 2, (Number) which will draw the number. The combination of the balls drawn will give the winning ticket number. Machine 1 (Alphabet), will have balls marked in alphabets marked A-Z (total of 26 balls maximum). Machine 2 (Number) will have balls marked in numbers 1-200 (total of 200 balls maximum). This method gives complete random selection of the ball. The Promoter will choose how many alphabet and numerical combinations that will be available for a specific prize. These will depend on the value of the prize and the number of tickets available for that draw. This will be done at the discretion of the Promoter. A ticket will consist of a choice of a letter and a number – for instance, F27. If there are 500 tickets in total, the Promoter may choose A to E (5 balls) and 1 to 100 (100 balls). The variants and all elements of the competition are at the sole discretion of the Promoter at all times. Note that these will be set separately for each prize.
5.9. The availability and pricing of the tickets are at the sole discretion of the Promoter and will be specified on our site. The Promoter has the right, at their own discretion, to extend or amend the competition date and time should all the tickets not sell. Should the tickets sell out before the deadline, the Promoter has the right to draw the competition to an end. Notification of any extension or amendments will be made via either: 1. our site or 2. our social media accounts. Changes made to the draw date will occur automatically and should the tickets not sell out; the competition will be extended to a further seven days and repeat itself up to five times at a total of thirty-five days. If there is a need to extend, the counter and timer will clearly indicate when the prize draw will end.
5.10. The Promoter at their own discretion may allow the draw to take place. If at the end of the full extension period the tickets have not sold, the Promoter has the right to draw the prize or offer a cash alternative on the draw. The cash alternative will be the total monies paid into that particular competition of less than 30%, (the Promoters costs).
5.11. Once all the tickets have been sold, the draw will take place on live stream via social media, our site, and other platforms (selected by the Promoter at their own discretion).
6.1. By submitting a competition entry, users are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. If users do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use our services.
6.2. In order to enter a competition using our services, users are required to first register an account via our website. Note, upon registration full and accurate details (including a delivery address and contact details) of the entrant is mandatory.
6.3. The competition entry route will require the exercise of an element of skill, knowledge or judgement in order for users to give the correct answers.
6.4. Entrants are required to select the correct answer to be submitted for each question along with the required fee for the desired competition in the local currency (pound sterling/ GBP). There is a Free Entry route and details of this are on our website, (see 6.6).
6.5. In order to enter one of the competitions on our site, the user must: login; select the desired competition and quantity of tickets; answer the skill/knowledge/judgement based multiple choice questions; agree to our terms and conditions, then finally make full payment via the payment method provided.
6.6. Free Entry Route. Maximum of one free postal entry is allowed per customer, In order to enter for free, users must do so via postal route. To enter by the postal method, users must have an account set up via our website. Users are required to send a blank postcard with a 1st class stamp affixed and must provide their personal details as follows:
• The name of the selected competition the user wishes to enter
• The answer to the question
• Entrants selected ticket (e.g F-27)
• Full name
• Date of Birth
• Postal Address
• Email Address
• User name
• Contact number
Users are reminded that postcards must contain the correct answer to the question for the selected competition.
Users must write their answer to the multiple-choice questions clearly indicated with the selected ticket number.
The ticket will need to have the alphabet ball and numerical ball related to the competition. These will be highlighted on our website as users choose the prize. Example: F-27: The management collects post every Friday and enter the tickets (should they still be available). In the instance the chosen ticket combination is not available, the Promoter, at their own discretion, will choose a random combination on behalf of the entrant. All free entries must be received before the competition ends. Competition ends once all the tickets have been sold. All details on the postcard must be written in English and in clear readable capital letters. Entries via postal method must be sent to:

All free entries must be received before the close of competition and any who fail to follow the above criteria willhave their entries deemed as VOID.
6.7. Each competition will run for a period as specified, at the Promoters own discretion on our website.

6.9. In order to conclude an entry of competition, it is mandatory for the entrant to provide the correct contact and payment details. Upon successful entry, the users card payment will be automatically approved.
6.10 . Once entrants receive communication with regards to the confirmation of a successful entry, they must ensure to keep this information confidential until a winner is chosen.
6.11 Upon reaching the full number of entrants for the competition, the competition will be formally closed. Note, the Promoter will still however, at their own discretion, reserve the right to extend the closing date by up to 5 weeks if the full number of entrants stated is not reached.
6.12 The accessibility, availability and pricing of any competition for entrants on our site is at the discretion of the Promoter and will be specified at the point of advertising on our site.
7.1. Users must be over the age of 18 and be a resident of Great Britain to register and enter into competitions. Should you nonetheless enter one of our competitions, then we as Promoters, reserve the right to terminate and/or refuse entry. The Promoter may, at their own discretion require the user to provide their proof of age.
7.2. The Promoter, will not accept any entries that are:
-Automatically generated by a computer, tablet, mobile or any other electronic device;
-Entries which are made by means of any fraud, deception or illegal activity as governed by the laws of England and Wales;
-Completed by any parties that are not the entrant themselves; and
7.3. There is a limit for the number of times an entry can be made. This is limited to 10 entries per competition and each competition has a maximum of 25 tickets that can be brought per entry. In respect of the smaller competitions provided on our site, the Promoter, within their own discretion has the right to reserve or make amendments to these limits. This will be made clear on the specific competition details.
7.4. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify users if their conduct is contrary to the spirit of the prize competition.
7.5. Any entry of competitions on our site cannot be refunded. Upon the winner receiving the prize, either in Person, by post or parcel delivery system, the Promoter does not take any responsibility over the warranty of the prize and/or prizes.
8. The prize
8.1. The prize/prizes will be advertised through our website and/or social media pages. Prizes include, but are not limited to, second hand cars, motorbikes, cash, new electronic goods and technology, holidays, footwear, accessories, luxury watches and any other items of value of which the Promoter wishes to include.
8.2. The Promoter has complete ownership of the prize until a successful handover is completed by the Promoter. The Promoter cannot guarantee the quality or road worthiness of the prize upon handover.
8.3. All prizes advertised through Wheel Spin It competitions are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a cash alternative equal to the prize or a substitute equal to the value but not less than the value of the prize.
8.4. All deliveries will be made for free within Great Britain only. Should the winner request for the delivery of the prize elsewhere, they must make their own arrangements to do so. The costs and expenses for deliveries outside Great Britain are at the winners own cost. Note that arrangement of deliveries outside Great Britain is subject to prior agreement between the winner and Promoter.
8.5. The Promoter does not insure the prize. Insurance is not provided with the prize and the Promoter is not responsible for the prize following its delivery.
8.6. The Promoter cannot confirm nor deny the condition or value of the prize at the time it is granted to the appropriate winning entrant.
8.7. All prizes are strictly non negotiable and non-transferable.
9.1. There will only be one winner per competition unless stated otherwise.
9.2. The winner may be subject to show proof of identification upon delivery of the prize. Failure to do so will give the Promoter, at their own discretion, the right to refuse hand over.
9.3. The Promoter will contact the winner directly upon or just after the announcement date. Methods of contact may include, but are not limited to: telephone, mobile, email or post details that are provided upon registration.
9.4. The winner cannot arrange for the collection of prizes. The Promoter will determine the method of hand over and if required, reserves the right to charge the winner delivery fees.
9.5. The Promoter must request to either publish, or make available, the information which indicates a prize has been won. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter reserves the right, following consent from the winner, to publish photos/videos or non-sensitive information in relation to the winnings. If the winner does consent, they give permission for the Promoter to have their images/videos published on any online platform that advertises Wheel Spin It competitions. If a winner is to object the use of these details, you are required to contact the Promoter via Email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that in such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
9.6. Where holiday prizes are available to win, the winner must ensure the details of the prize are thoroughly checked and agreed. These include all variations, but are not limited to:
- The number of nights
- Class of travel
Any additions such as food and drink are at the discretion of the Promoter who reserves the right to amend any of the above. Travel documentation, arrangement of travel/eligibility to enter that country/visa or any other matter in relation to the holiday prize will not be deemed as the Promoters responsibility.
10. Claiming the prize
10.1. The prize, under no circumstances, cannot be claimed by a third party on behalf of the winner.
10.2. Prizes may take up to 7 working days to be delivered. In the instance the prize is not delivered within this time frame, Wheel Spin It competitions does not accept any liability for late delivery.
10.3. If the winner is not reachable, the Promoter will make reasonable efforts of contact, namely via telephone, email or post. 10.2 will only apply upon the working day of receiving confirmation of details. If the winner cannot be successfully contacted or has not claimed their prize within 7 working days of the announcement date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another draw. Alternatively, the Promoter reserves the right to remain in possession of the prize.
10.4. In the event the winner cannot be reached, the Promoter does not accept any liability for the failure of the prize being delivered.
11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property on our site is the property of Wheel Spin It competitions (T/a Wheel Spin It Ltd) or its third party licensors and all right shall remain expressly reserved.
12. Availability and Use of the Services
12.1. The Promoter will try to make the services available but cannot guarantee that the services will operate continuously or without interruptions or be error free and can accept no liability for its unavailability. Users must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the services and, in particular, users must not attempt to circumvent security, tamper with, hack into, or otherwise disrupt any computer system, server, website, router or any other Internet connected device.
12.2. The Promoter does not guarantee that the services or the site will display correctly and/or the same on all devices.
12.3. The user hereby agrees that the use of our services including, but not limited to, our website, will be for their own, non-commercial use and are used within accordance to these Terms and Conditions.
12.4. The user agrees that our services will only be used in a lawful and responsible manner. Any use or transmission of threatening, racist, pornographic, offensive, defamatory or otherwise illegal behaviour will not be permitted.
13.1. The Promoter excludes all express or implied terms, conditions, warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to the Services, our Application, our site or any information or service provided through our site or Services, we will do our best to ensure that all information and content in the Services is accurate, but please note that all content and information contained in the Services is provided on an ‘as is’ basis and you assume total responsibility and risk for your use of the content and information contained in the Services.
13.2. The Promoter accepts no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of the Prize, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business (whether direct or indirect) in each case, however caused, even if foreseeable. In circumstances where you suffer loss or damage use or performance of the Services or our site, the Promoter accepts no liability for this loss or damage (except where we have been negligent) whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause.
13.3. If the Promoter is liable to you for any reason, their liability will be limited to the amount paid by you to enter the competition.
13.4. Users are responsible for ensuring that your telephone, computer system or other hardware meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to access our competitions. Users also understand that the Promoter cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that any software and material available for downloading from the site or through the advertisements will be free from infection, viruses and/or other code that has contaminating or destructive properties. Users are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and virus checks (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements for the accuracy of data input and output.
13.5. The limitations and exclusions in this condition do not affect your non-excludable statutory rights only apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Your account
14.1. It is the users responsibility to ensure their account details and logins are kept secure at all times and should not share this information with anyone else. Anyone else other than the account holder has strictly no permission to access our Services.
14.2. If users are under the belief that someone else aside from themselves has gained access to the account, users must notify the Promoter immediately. Failure to do so could result in the account being closed without any prior notification.
14.3. Should users forget their password or other relevant login details, they are required to reset their password by following the instructions as provided on our site. Upon confirmation of the required information, a password reset link will be sent to the user. Promoters have the rights to reserve this information should they be under the belief the information requested if fraudulent in any way.
14.4. If users fail to follow the terms provided by these terms and conditions the Promoter, in any event, shall not be held liable for any consequences which may arise from these breaches.
14.5. Should the user notice any unauthorised use of the registered card linked to their account, it is the users responsibility to notify their bank (or building society). The Promoter has the right to suspend the account until another appropriate and secure method of payment is viable. The Promoter does not accept any liability in relation to any bank charges.
15.1. The Promoter may assign, transfer, novate or subcontract any or all of the rights and obligations under these terms and conditions at any time.
15.3. If any provision or term of these terms and conditions shall become or be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such term or provision shall be divisible from the other terms and conditions and shall be deemed to be deleted from them.
15.4. These terms and conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
15.5. Failure or delay by either party enforcing an obligation or exercising a right under these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
15.6. These terms and conditions apply solely to Wheel Spin It competitions and all associated sites linked to Wheel Spin It competitions. You may not copy, reproduce or publish these terms and conditions or any material or content on our website site and/or social media accounts.
15.7. If any users are found to be copying these terms and conditions, this will constitute to an actionable copyright infringement claim under English Law. Should you be found to be in breach any of the above terms, Wheel Spin It competitions reserve the right to enforce legal action against you.
